We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. To that end, we offer our guarantee that your jewelry will be free of manufacturing defects for one year. Manufacturing defects can include broken clasps, missing diamonds (stones under .01ct), loose diamonds or prongs. Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains or rings, lost jewelry, or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning or storage.
If you believe your item is defective, please reach out to us at care@minejewelry.co. We’ll be happy to get the process started for you. Do note that any third-party repair will void the warranty.
Materials & Care
Yes! Our lab grown diamonds are identical to their mined counterparts in every way, shape, and form. The only difference is where they come from. See our section on diamonds for more info.
All of our jewelry is made with 14K gold or gold vermeil. We give you the choice of color (yellow, rose, white).
14K gold is ~60% solid gold mixed with alloys to maintain a piece's durability, shine and resilience.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver coated with 14K gold. More accessible than solid gold, but just as high-quality.
To clean your jewelry, we recommend using a mild dish soap, warm water, and a manual toothbrush to lightly brush the piece.
Get a strip of paper at least six inches long and wrap it around the base of your finger. Make sure it’s snug, but not too tight. Mark the point on the piece of paper where it overlaps to form a circle. Then, measure the length of that strip. See the chart here.
